First Daiginjo i've experienced. Very flavorful and had a creamy texture. Drank cold and paired well with sushi.

Hi, Thank you so much for your review. Born “Gold Muroka” has great balance. If you like to drink some flavorful and had a creamy texture, I recommend that Nigori which is unfiltered for sake.

One of the best sake in my selections. Smooth and mild, but extremely fragrant. I like drinking it just by itself. A simple joy.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Born “Gold Muroka” is so much clean and smooth sake. This sake might be cloudy because this sake is unfiltered when it's squeezed it contains a little whiteness form the rice.

I'm trying to expand my sake experience and palate so I knew when ordering Muroka Gold that it wasn't in my personal wheelhouse of my favorite dry and fruity type of sake. Overall it was interesting and I can see that some will really enjoy it. It has some complexity to it and as for fruit I get persimmon more than anything. Certainly a quality sake that many will enjoy.
