Hi, Thank you so much for your review, Born “Gold Muroka” is rich and dry sake. This is unfiltered sake, so It has so much Umami inside.

“I'm trying to expand my sake experience and palate so I knew when ordering Muroka Gold that it wasn't in my personal wheelhouse of my favorite dry and fruity type of sake. Overall it was interesting and I can see that some will really enjoy it. It has some complexity to it and as for fruit I get persimmon more than anything. Certainly a quality sake that many will enjoy.”

“This is a great sake, but missing some of the richness for my taste. If you are looking for a smoother, almost refreshing sake, this is an excellent choice. I would recommend this chilled with food, but not as a sipper.”
