“Such a versatile nectar , enjoyed alone as a deeply flavorful sipper. Or along side a meal. I indulged in my bottle beginning with a stand alone tasting walking through my gardens on a warm early summer evening, then finished with my beef tartar dinner. I will be back for more as the last sip came all to quick...”

“This is the best sake I’ve had for cooked seafood! It has a refreshing, slightly sweet taste that pairs well particularly with scallops and shrimp.”

“Pale golden color, dense. Aroma has notes of apple with peachy hints. Flavor with a high presence of alcohol but slightly sweet.”
