“One of my favorite bottles I've had from Tippsy. Moderately pricey but a rich flavor. The umami profile pairs well with food or on its own. Can perhaps be a bit too bold if without a companion. Will purchase again to see how it tastes warm vs cold. Moderately priced.”
“Delving back into Sake. It's been awhile so I started off with this very crisp, clean, and somewhat simple, example from Kurosawa. Very bright and clean when cold but as it warms it picks up body and a wonderful fruity rice quality that I adore in Sake. I actually lean more towards the lesser polished Ginjos than the premium Daiginjos for this reason. Great bottle and at a very reasonable price. This is my new go to affordable Sake.”
