“This is a decent inexpensive sake, however it has a very strong rubbing alcohol taste that I find hard to handle. If you can get over that, it's well-balanced as far as sweetness & umami.”

Kurosawa “Junmai” is so much easy to drink sake because it is fruity and sweet. Kurosawa is one of the most famous brands, and there is a lot of series of sake.
