“This is, by far, my favorite sake, both for the unbeatable price and the fabulous flavor. It has a rich enough flavor and feel on the tongue to drink with any fish or seafood and pasta. The flavor is slightly sweet and feels smooth on the tongue.”
“One of my favorite bottles I've had from Tippsy. Moderately pricey but a rich flavor. The umami profile pairs well with food or on its own. Can perhaps be a bit too bold if without a companion. Will purchase again to see how it tastes warm vs cold. Moderately priced.”
“Delving back into Sake. It's been awhile so I started off with this very crisp, clean, and somewhat simple, example from Kurosawa. Very bright and clean when cold but as it warms it picks up body and a wonderful fruity rice quality that I adore in Sake. I actually lean more towards the lesser polished Ginjos than the premium Daiginjos for this reason. Great bottle and at a very reasonable price. This is my new go to affordable Sake.”
