I frequently refer to this type of brew as a サラリーマン酒 (salaryman sake).
It goes well with food. It is not too sweet nor is it dry. This makes it very drinkable glass after glass with friends/coworkers in your favorite 居酒屋 izakaya (pub/bar in Japan). I recommend it. Serve chilled or room temperature.”
