Hi Link, Thank you so much for your review. Yes, OTOKOYAMA is so much smooth sake, and this sake is kind of dry sake. If you love this sake, I also recommend Hakksaisan and Suigei. These are also Junmai and dry one.

“Great flavor profile semi dry to me but great richness or sweetness to go along with it in my opinion. New at all these terms for sake flavors so mine may not be "correct"”

Hi Tacy, Thank you so much for your review. OTOKOYAMA is dry sake, so I t pair with some spicy foods, and there is more dry one. If you would like to try it, I recommend to prepare for spicy foods with it.
