“Wow!!! This sake was an awesome surprise! Upon opening the bottle, aromas of rice,fruit and a subtle cream rose to my nose. The flavors mingled with a touch of vanilla on the finish as the sake warmed slightly. A light body sake with just the right amount of sweetness!

“This is a lovely sake. In the glass it is as clear as spring water. The nose reminds you of a forest after a spring rain. On the palate this sake is smooth and bright with a hint of chocolate around the edges. The tail however is minerally and cleans your mouth for the next sip.”
