“I'm giving this 4 stars because you have to consider the price. On the cheaper price point of sake it does not sacrifice flavor. It's got a light sweetness that makes drinking it very easy. I think it would be a great cocktail sake as it doesn't need to be masked, but can certainly enhance a cocktail. Lychee would go great with it.”
