Kizakura “Hana Kizakura” Reviews

Delicious, light sake that reminded me of a local one I used to buy when I lived in Japan (and can't find here). This is now a favorite and a new sake staple in our house.

I love that this is very affordable but still so delicious! It's so light and sweet, and you can catch a hint of the floral tasting notes in it. It's also very smooth, and my husband and I agreed that drinking this one was almost like drinking water, which actually makes it refreshing to drink! It's one of our go-tos to order because of that!

So elegant and refined! Delicate florals and a hint of fruit. Notes of peaches and sweet apples that linger and blend into a soft hint of whipped cream. The light body makes this sake very drinkable. This would be a great first sake for beginners.
