“I liked it, but truth be told, it wasn’t my favorite. It has strong melon notes (I'm not a big melon fan), and the body was very light and sweeter than I expected. It did seem to taste better on the third day than on the first. While it wasn’t my favorite, I think this would actually make a great warm weather saké or a good one for beginners.”
