Hi - thank you for your review and for bringing this up. Our tasting notes and suggestions don't always match the manufacturer's labels 100%, but we are always updating and re-examining them, too. We think this sake tastes excellent chilled, too, but as the maker states, it really shines when warmed, which mellows out the sharpness and brings out more of the hidden umami.
We just updated the temperature to room temperature and warm so it's not confusing! Happy sipping to you.
