Kagatobi “Ex Dry” Reviews

4.1 Rating 18 Reviews
First I'd like to point out that the Tippsy information card suggested to drink this cold, room temperature or warm, but the bottle itself only recommended room temperature or warm, so I went with room temperature. This sake is definitely quite rich and complex. Perhaps the fact that I drank it at room temperature added even more layers to it, almost "chewy". Good, but not my style.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that there was little confusion for you. For Kagatobi "Ex Dry", which is under Yamahai category, we would recommend you to warm sake for the best taste. I’m not well versed in sake yet, so bear that in mind; the Ex Dry is reminiscent of other affordable Junmais, the taste of alcohol is present as opposed to some lighter sakes. However, there are really delicious nutty and rice flavors that peep through, and they come out at room and warm temperatures.
