“This was my very first sake ever, so I'm not sure how valuable my perspective on sake can be. That said, my friends and I found this sake very palatable. We drank it chilled with sushi, and the bottle was gone before we knew it. The flavor was mild but distinctive and slightly sweet. I think I have a long relationship with sake ahead of me, and I'm glad it started here.”

Kagatobi “Junmai Ginjo” is mild sake , but not too sweet. So, I hope you had fun with some SUSHI.

“Purchased as part of a Sake Box, and it’s a real winner. Nice fruity aroma with pear notes; nicely rich yet dry on the palate, with a clean yet slightly creamy finish. (And it matched well with a bowl of spicy tonkatsu ramen, too!)”
“This is a very good all-around Junmai. Well balanced flavor with a sweet entrance, but nice dry finish. We really enjoyed it, but not quite as much as the stellar Kagatobi Extra Dry, hence the 4 stars. The price is also great though, so I would still recommend if you are on the fence.”
