“This is my go-to sake for bringing to a lake in the summer. It is best when cold (the taste gets a bit harsher as it warms up), and it is perfect for floating on the lake in a boat or going for a swim.”

“I have tried a couple Tozai sakes and, in my opinion, they are acceptable but nothing to rave about. I LOVE that these come in individual cans which was the selling point for me. They have a slight alcohol taste with no umami flavor that I can tell. I might consider buying this again since they come in cans or for use in a cocktail.”
