“I have tried a couple Tozai sakes and, in my opinion, they are acceptable but nothing to rave about. I LOVE that these come in individual cans which was the selling point for me. They have a slight alcohol taste with no umami flavor that I can tell. I might consider buying this again since they come in cans or for use in a cocktail.”
“This is a great everyday sake! The cans are the perfect size for having one in the evenings and the flavors are very tasty and pair well with drinking snacks. It's not the most premium flavor, but it's perfect for what it is! I love this one and we always keep a few cans on hand for casual drinking!! I would highly recommend it!”

Tozai “Night Swim” is so much clear and smooth sake.
It tastes like pineapple and mint, so it must be pair with white fish and grilled light meat. If you like this kind of sake, I believe you might also like Bushido “Way of the Warrior” and Tozai " snow maiden " Those sakes are a little bit similar to Tozai " Night Swim ", but these are so unique for sake. If you drink it, I believe you feel how and what is unique about it.

Tozai “Night Swim” is so unique sake because of cans. Usually, Japanese sake is in the bottle. I believe you also like the Bushido “Way of the Warrior” which is rich and dry sake.
