Hi Maji, Thank you so much for your review. HEAVEN SAKE “Junmai 12” has an almost wine-like undertone, so someone does not like this taste of sake. This sake supported by a nutty nose with a unique salted caramel undertone. If you would like to drink some other HEAVEN sake or junmai sake, we have an assorted HEAVEN trio set and some other bottle of junmai sake on our website. Your comments regarding the service you received at our store are very important to us.

“This is a very interesting light tasting sake not too strong flavors don't compete to be noticed I taste everything separately and I think this is a pretty good light sake went well with shellfish/seafood”

Hi Tacy, Thank you so much for your replying. Heavensake is kind of light sake, so it pair with some seafoods! I also recommend you that some Italian taste foods.
