Effortlessly mulch branches and brush up to 4" in diameter during landscaping, composting, and forestry projects. This mulcher has a self-feeding chute to cut down on the time and energy spent on each job. Once you drop a branch in, you are free to grab another. Plus, the adjustable exit chute allows you to direct wood chips exactly where you need them to go. An over-sized rotor increases chipping efficiency while reducing vibration, even with thicker and harder woods.
Operating at 540-1,000 RPM, blockages are quickly eliminated for easy material flow. This PTO-driven attachment is compatible with 3 Point tractors and is available for machines up to either 40HP or 70HP. This shredder is also equipped with reversible blades to extend the life of your attachment, air vents to prevent overheating, and twig breaker paddles to tackle smaller branches, twigs, and leaves that could clog your mulcher.

“Received in mounted in an angle iron frame that was noticeably bent but no damage to the chipper, just some cosmetic scuffs and scratches. No manual. Broke the shear pin on a 3" diameter branch and no spare so I fabricated one from a carriage bolt and two nuts - this also sheared when I engaged the PTO at full RPM. Other than those two issues it worked great and I feed branches from six dead ash trees through it over a two day period. My first time using any wood chipper but I learned a few things on the job - don't feed in branches with a large curves or forks as they will get stuck in the chute and stand back when you put a long straight branch in or you might get whacked by it as it wobbles its way into the cutter. Be aware that the fasteners are metric. Overall I am very happy with this piece of equipment so far.”

“Received the chipper. Had some shipping damage. Surprised as it was shipped in a well made crate. Contacted Titan and received a quick response for the shipping damage. The chipper is very well made. Hooked up to my 25 HP tractor. Chipped up some brush that I had cut down. Largest diameter was approximately 3 inches. The chipper worked great and the 25 HP tractor handled it just fine. Very good customer service and well made product.”

“Some of the bolts rattle loose regularly, especially on the chute. The packaging could have been better for transporting it too. However, overall, as long as you continue to tighten the screws and boots, it works well.”

“This is a very well built unit and should give me years of service. Used it a few times so far and are pleased with the job it did. Consider the width of the tractor to attach this too, mine was a bit narrow for the standard hitch configuration but could be worked around. Only bad side was that the PTO shaft was not smooth, had a burr in one of the grooves that needed to be filed down to fit. Would buy again.”

“Fast shipping, well made machine at a reasonable price (what else could you as for?) I would ask them to include some replacement sheer bolts. Machine came set up to WORK! Not difficult to put together. All in all a GREAT buy!”

“I have used the chipper extensively and it the only time it failed is when I tried a 6 inch branch. Another shear bolt and I have been working again since. I do wish you had replacement blades in stock just to have a second pair on hand. Will pick up when you get them back in stock.”
