Basic pulley system gets the job done. Although this kit does not come with instructions or the plate attachment, it really is a simple setup and does what it is supposed to. If you can't spring for the pulley tower, this setup can get you by on a budget and has endless uses.

Easy to install and takes up little room on the rack. Instructions are easy to follow. Allows you to do more exercises for back and triceps. You can add as much free weight that you want to lift. Definitely recommend it!

I bought this a few weeks ago so that I would be able to train triceps with a rope attachment. I found that I was able to configure it to my t-3 folding rack (21.5” depth, tall model) but you definitely have to use your imagination. I have not found the swinging to be an issue, but I also make sure the plates are well balanced and I do my reps somewhat slow and controlled. It came with a short cable, I imagine that could be for short model racks. I will definitely consider the low row attachment once I get more room in the garage.

I like it. Attached the tricep rope and a 5 gallon bucket filled with two bags of sand. Had to have it mounted about “three holes in” from the edge to make sure it cleared the pull up bar I installed at the bottom for stability. I like everything I’ve gotten from Titan, good stuff

Product is the best out there for this type of system. Install directions were pretty vague, but you can look at the photos and figure it out. Only downside to the product is you have to be very close to your rack if using this for any type of lat pulldown

The only problem with this is no matter what configuration you use, one of the pulleys doesn't stick out far enough from the rig to keep the weights from hitting the low support bar. I have a folding t-3, and the slightest sway causes it to hit the bottom support. It's incredibly frustrating when you're low on space and can't move far enough away from the rig so that the weight plates hang above the support. Believe me I've tried everything
