Does what it's supposed to, smooth cable easy install. Only thing that doesn't bump this to 5 stars for me is how much it swings. I knew there would be a lot of swing just by the nature of the design. I rigged up a mini band to wrap around the holding pin and the other side of my rack to keep the weights from smacking into the rack. Seems to work as a solution for the crazy swings. Overall, decent product and would recommend

The previous reviewer is correct. There are no instructions; however, it is pretty self explanatory. It is interesting to note that the picture indicates the weights would be attached to the short arm but that doesn't make sense. The weights do not have enough clearance with the bottoms support bar if it is done that way. I put the weight bar on the long arm. It is still pretty tight inside the cage. I stand on the outside of the cage during use. I would also point out that the picture for the low pulley attachment shows the long arm as the weight support.

I bought this to add some additional functionality to my short T-3 folding power rack. INSTALLATION First off, there are no directions included with this. I had to figure it out by looking at the images on the website, though it was pretty easy. One thing I noticed is that how they picture it in the images doesn't work well. They have the weighted send descending from the shorter pulley. This doesn't work as the weights don't clear the bottom horizontal bar of the rack. I found that you switch these and have the weighted end on the longer pulley, thus providing much needed clearance. Additionally, I found the cable a bit long for having both pulleys inside the rack. I moved the shorter one outside of the rack to stretch that cable a bit. USE I've used this for about a week now and found that it seems to work fine. The carabiner is small and can get a bit challenging connecting to the loading pin (as the loading pin is relatively thick steel). I might try to buy another carabiner to attach to the loading pin so I only have to connect the two carabiners together.

The cable dragged on the angled pulley mount when installed upright as pictured. It was not much but could wear down the cable over time and with large loads. I installed the angled pulley block upside down (from pictured) to fix the issue. Now it works great!
