The all-in-one T-3 Series Yoke is constructed for Strongman and endurance training while providing multi-functionality into one durable frame. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, the Yoke frame is a simple and effective design that can transform into a yoke carry, squat rack, push/pull sled, or fat-grip pull-up station. Built with a bolt-together frame featuring 2" x 3" 11-gauge square steel uprights, an adjustable crossbar, two bases with nylon skid feet and vertical fixed weight plate horns. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 750 LB, this Short Yoke allows for a versatile range of movements in squats, carries, and muscle overs, or convert the Yoke into a Squat Stand for bench or pressing movements. The Strongman Yoke is fully customizable for any workout meant to push yourself to the limit and challenge your strength.

“I received the yoke in good shape. I was missing a plastic piece and still have not been able to get one sent out. My emails have not been returned. The yoke still works fine, just wiggles around a bit more than it should.”

“I have been waiting a whole year during the pandemic for this to come back in stock and I am happy I've waited. It is very versatile. I use it as a bench rack, squat rack, cable and pulley, pullups, carry, sled push, and other things. I use it for my personal training business and I am able to load it on my truck and take it to training. This is the best equipment that I have.”

“Worked great for yoke walks and as a squat stand with some safety spotter arms when i first started the garage gym. After moving onto a full T3 rack, I found it to be great at hanging heavy bags off of in combination with a 70" crossmember. Not what it was originally intended for but it excels at whatever use i think up for it. Plus if i decide to hang bags from something else in the future i can just convert it back to a yoke and train carries again. Great starting purchase that can always be useful no matter what.”

“ROGUE quality at an affordable price. Don’t contemplate, just buy. Waiting for the pull-up attachment to come back in stock though. Elite bumpers fit nicely.”
