Does what it's supposed to do. Bench and squat on it. Carry it. Only thing is the plastic inserts on the yoke crossmember are worthless. Took mine out.

Geat yoke. Just as good as the rogue ones Ive used. I also bought the j hooks for the t3 rack that work on this. So I squat and bench and press out of this. Works great. I use it everyday.

I have had the Yoke Tall for over a week now and I am happy with my purchase. Delivery was great with zero issues. Customer service was exceptional when I called in to have them fix a wrong address that I gave them. I ordered the tall version and cut the uprights down to 84' which is perfect for my for my height and garage. One this is the crossmember is difficult to put on quickly by yourself, you have to make surety uprights are positioned properly. But, I found a solution..I ordered the 1.25 pull up bar and my problem was solved, it is very easy to put this on now and i place the regular crossmember on the plate holders to give it the stability of a half rack. I only use the yoke cross member if I do yoke walks, sled work which is 1-2 times a week. I do feel that j hooks should come standard with this unit. Make sure you get the pull up bar, it is well worth it!

I got the tall one because I wanted to be able to use it for pull ups. I bought it knowing that it would be slightly too tall for my basement, but a metal cutting blade on a reciprocating saw and a metal file remedied that pretty quickly (just make sure to create a jig to make a straight cut). I take it out of my basement every couple of weeks. I can't imagine doing squats in the shorter one, so if you are in doubt, get the tall one and cut it down to the size if you need to. pros: - cheaper than relevant alternatives - versatile: sled push, yoke carry, squat rack (lowering the cross member all the way would also allow for something equivalent to axle bar rack pulls) - pretty heavy duty. - thick cross-member - decent powder-coating cons: - the cross-member is easy to take off, but the plastic protector pops out when you put it on. This got annoying enough to where I just left it off. - the holes for attaching the uprights to the base were too small for the included bolts (which fit fine for all the other hole

I bought the tall yoke to use in the garage as a squat/press stand and use with the T-3 accessories. It does that pretty well for the price. My garage is 9 feet tall and it works well for pull ups when I added the 1.25" pull up bar, but it is a pain to disassemble and reassemble when I have to get it out of the garage which has a shorter door. I will say that a few things were a little off upon assembly, but I have heard worse things about Titan's welding, etc. I had to use a knife to cut down some of the rubber on the crossbar pins to get them to fix, but that took about 20 minutes and Titan refunded me for my troubles. It is also difficult to get the crossbar on and off with the plastic, so at this point, I've removed most of the plastic and rubber from the yoke (except from the feet), and now it works fine. It has been a good summer project, but it would be frustrating if someone was expecting to take it right out of the box and use it that day. Overall, though, I'm very happy that I made this choice for a

Had this yoke for almost a year now, it's holding up without issue. This thing has been beat around for many applications and still looks good. Love that we have it and the work options it provides, but the punishment it can deal out in a long workout can bring out a different feeling mid workout. If you have the ceiling/door height, I would for sure go with the tall option. For the small price difference there are many additional activities that are possible with a little creativity.
