“I bought this to use as a safer alternative to a barbell or dumbbell press. There are other lifts you can use this for but so far I have only used it for shoulder presses.
I do wish it was a few inches wider but I am happy with this purchase overall. The welding looks ugly in a few spots but that sill not affect it in any way. Solid like all the other Titan products I have bought.
My only complaint is the packaging with Titan. Like most products the box came damaged”
