Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

“This thing kills the glutes. As a home gym goer I was struggling to find a way to target the glutes without buying a leg curl machine. This fits the bill nicely and can be used for so many other movements. Well worth the money. Thanks titan!”
