“I love my hyperextension for my back, its very sturdy and I'm a big guy weighing over 300lbs. I did 3 different workouts on it so far and its amazing. My only complaint is the instructions aren't the best for assembly.”

“I recently suffered a back sprain and wanted something to build lower back strength. This equipment is great, been using almost daily even for stretching. Initial product came in with poor welds, this product was replaced within 7 days of getting it and I didn’t contact company until day after I received. No hassle, no stress…just a company standing behind quality products. Some of the pins fall out of place easier than I liked so I just replaced with stronger pins, more especially the one by the foot platform.”

“Received my GHD / Back Extension with hardware sizes that didn’t match the poorly written assembly instructions. Currently waiting for the customer service department to be open again to try to get replacement hardware that matches the installation instructions. Plastic end caps were pre assembled when the item was unboxed and also damaged, so likely to have corrosion early on due to metal on metal contact on sliding pieces. Overall disappointed with the experience”

“I’m 6’ tall and feel cramped using this. It’s smaller than it looks. You can only do ab work with bent legs. It’s not possible to do back extensions with this, the pads are on your kneecaps.”
