Order the GHD on Jan 25th after doing a lot of research on who was offering the best quality, and price. Admittedly, I was set on NEVER buying from titan again after I had terrible customer service and missing parts when I bought the dead lift platform last year. HOWEVER, I read the reviews and looked at the pricing and decided to give titan another chance, and I'm glad that I did. Although I never did receive any shipping information after ordering, the packaging was actually fully in tact and all the parts to the GHD where present and accounted for. Additionally, titan has taken measures to add in small pieces of wood to keep everything in place which if you've ever ordered one of their pieces, you know that this is crucial to keep the boxes in tack, mostly. There is some scratching on the powder coating on some of the pieces. But that is very minor complaint, not a deal breaker. The assembly took about 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete, mostly due to the fact that the bolts used in assembly are so similar in size without any distinct markings of which size is what. Luckily, being a former mechanic I used my best judgment on which bolts went where. With all that said I am glad I gave titan another chance and they did redeem themselves on the GHD. The GHD is very well built and very sturdy. This machine will get a lot of use in my gym and I believe it will stand to last. My only complaints with the GHD is in the future to separate the bolts and/or mark them for future users to assemble faster and just overall safety of using the right bolts in the right spaces.

Ordered it on Monday, and it was delivered by Thursday- for free! I don't care what anyone else says about Titans customer service. I have only had a great experience with them on every single purchase, and they keep bringing me back! The assembly was easy, everything fit perfectly, all parts were there, and this thing is very sturdy. I'm 73"/235, and this thing doesn't budge. Packaging was better than I expected, with only one minor scuff mark in the powder coating. I can't think of anything negative to say about this piece of equipment, other than it's a space hog, but I knew that when I purchased it. No doubt this piece will last for a very long time.

The product has met all my expectations I purchased the Glute & Hamstring Developer to replace a unit purchase years ago. All the athletes I work with enjoy the upgrade the price was right the material is heavy duty. The Glute & Hamstring Developer has been everything I could of asked for and then some. Gives me everything I need for posterior chain and core development.

I ordered this machine after trying the dual hyperextension (trying to save money) when the ghd finally came in the packaging was all torn up and some powdercoating was chipped on the ghd in multiple areas I was not happy about it but I had just send back the hyperextension for the same reasons. So I just decided to keep it the machine is very well built for the price its very sturdy and a great price it does kind of suck that I have a brand new machine with paint missing but just isn't worth the headache trying to send back and wait on another. In closing it is a well built product at a good price but I don't think you should have to sacrifice appearance just because you got something at a reasonable price it should still come to you looking like a new product Titan Fitness needs to work on their shipping procedures for sure.

I bought this because I didn't want to spend $800 + for Rogue's version and shipping. This thing gets the job done. It will only wobble a little bit (back legs will come off ground) if you start really going fast on GHDs. No issue when doing hip/back extensions. The only downside to this machine is that some of the metal parts came with the powder coat already scraped off because of shipping. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived. But that is purely cosmetic and for about a third of Rogue's price, I'll deal with it. Titan is making some great products. Combined with their 2 day free shipping, you really cannot beat it. Can't wait to get my hands on a yoke when they are back in stock.

Titan really took their time to put this together. Welds are really good. The tolerances for the pieces are excellent so it was really easy to put this together and no wiggle between pieces. It is as sturdy as the Rogue GHD at my old gym. I paid under $300 and feel like I ripped Titan off. Great product.
