“Well made. Sturdy. Does the job. Only complaint is where you put your legs into (between the two pads) is very tight. As an Olympic lifter and athlete my lower calves will hardly fit in the space available and it is not adjustable. I just force my legs in and I’m extra secure in it. Maybe once the padding wears down some it will loosen up! Also, I recommend using two (2) socket wrenches to tighten the bolts and nuts. The seat was impossible to tighten enough without that.”

“My GHD arrived over 30 days ago. I assembled it, and realized it was missing the safety pin. Without this pin, the GHD is unusable. I have been going back-and-forth with customer service. They told me to order the part on my own and they would reimburse me! I asked customer service to send me a link to the pin So that I would order the correct part. The link they provided was incorrect and the wrong part showed up. I tried to buy two different pins on my own and they also don’t work. I reported this to customer service and they asked me to take a video of me trying to use the incorrect pin lol! The whole experience has been a nightmare, and I have a nonfunctional GHD sitting in my garage.”
