“The machine is very well made with heavy duty components. Assembly was straight forward with easy to follow instructions. Once assembled, it is very stable. The only issue I have is the roller pads are too close together for my size 13 feet and ankles to fit between, so I have to use the lower rollers for everything I do. Other than that, I'm very pleased with your product, and look forward to incorporating it into my workouts.”

“Happy with the product. The ankle holder piece is a little wiggly and if tightened anymore you can't slide it easily to change the size. And the pads could be a little thicker, or more dense. You can feel the hard edge in a full extension and can be pinchy. And it does require some sandbags to keep from lifting off the ground with even a 170# adult.”

“Overall it’s a good great piece of equipment, great price good quality. However I would recommend making the pads for your feet adjustable. It’s tight and was hard to get into at first, now that it’s broken in it’s better. Adjustable foot pads would improve this X10”

“The overall quality of the machine looked pretty good. There were a couple of areas where the paint was chipped off. The main stabilizer bar was bent (I highly recommend shipping insurance). The replacement machine came the next week. Customer service was good.”

“Been using regularly for over a month. The instructions don’t differentiate between some of the used screws, leavibg you to try them and fail and unscrew and retry. The frame is not flush with the ground and will wobble while you are using it. For someone around 6ft, this doesn’t adjust well to my height good pumps. This in combination with them not even sending the first order to the right address and charging me for their mistake has me avoiding titan fitness in the future for all but the cheapest items I can’t get anywhere else. Avoid.”
