“This is a big heavy device, so it feels stable. It won't tip over on you. The foot holder can be adjusted forward and back and up and down so you can get it in the correct ergonomic position for yourself. I'm also happy Titan stopped using toxic hex chrome coated hardware. On the down side one thigh pad sits an inch higher than the other. The hardware to assemble this device are very low grade class 4.8. Moving the foot holder forward and back is slightly annoying because you have to unscrew the adjuster, then push or pull very hard to move the foot holder. This is inherent to the design where the foot holder is supported by two pivots.”

“Great piece of equipment. I’ve used a few different glute ham machines and this is as good or better than any of them. Very solid and love the adjustability. My training partner is 400+ and we’ve had no issues with him using it as well”
