This Multiple Grip Pull-Up Bar has one center bar extending into a handle on each side and a set of parallel bars. Many different pull-up grips are available with these available surfaces depending on which muscle groups you want to work. The comfortable padded foam handles are easier on the hands than knurled surface bars and work better with bare hands than with gloved ones. Mounting at a height just at the tips of your fingers allows you to do pull-ups without touching the ground. Additionally, the center bar is perfect for use as a mounting place for resistance bands.

“Great pull up bar, and easy to install”

“Bar came in good time. No directions on how to install. I had to scan QR code to get direction, then download, then share to my email. That's kinda bogus. They only include anchors for concrete, so I had to buy anchor hardware for my wall (studs). What directions there were, were mostly a list of parts. I ended up making a mounting plate for the wall to attach kit. I took my time and it looks great. It seems to function fine. I like the multi features verses a straight bar.”

“Had to buy 2x4 boards to strengthen the wall. But pull up bar is perfect. I use all three ( chin ups, wide grip, and narrow grip.) for the price it works great!”
