“I've got this installed on the dual pull-up stabilizer bar, along with the T3 extended arm (hanging a heavy bag on it). The wide angled grip on one side just touches the extended arm, but doesn't keep you from tightening the bolts all the way. It's extremely solid, I did 5 consecutive sets with a 20lb weighted vest soon as I installed it. The spheres really do hit your forearms like nothing else. The larger spheres require chalk, and well developed grip strength to even use them. Coupled with the dual pull-up stabilizer bar, it really is the most comprehensive pull up system I've ever seen. Trick to install this heavy piece up high by yourself is to use band pegs to hold it in place as you start threading a few bolts. The clearance of the band pegs will be very tight, so make sure you remove them before you start tightening bolts. I deducted a star because it took nearly 2 months to deliver, and the powder coating and welds are not Titan's improved quality level, but rather the old Titan quality level.”

“Perfect addition to my T3 rack. Quality of the material and finish is great. I really love doing neutral grip pull ups with this attachment and the sphere grips help with grip strength. Lastly it made the rack look even better.”

“This thing is heavy duty and fits my X-3 almost perfectly (it's one hole off center). You can any type of pull-up while working on your grip. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.”
