Ordering with my HSA was super easy. The item arrived as described & assembly was super straightforward. I've already done a few workouts on the Roman Chair. It is well built, sturdy, & stable. It makes doing my excercises a breeze.

Great product. The only improvement I see that could have made this product better is that the pad needs the option to drop lower or the foot rest needs to come up higher. I'm a female 5"'3" and it's a little to big for those reason.

I researched quite a few options for a solid Roman chair that wasn’t egregiously expensive. Various amazon options in $100-200 range but all the reviews spoke about how they were too small or not constructed well, the pads were too thin etc. I ordered this one from Titan as I’ve had a good experience with their equipment in the past and I’m thrilled with the build quality. Heavy gauge steel, thick padding and I can tell this one will last as long as I need it to. I’m so glad I spent a little bit more than a no-name brand to get this one from Titan.

Packaging is poor, by the time I received it the box was very damaged and appeared to have been taped back together. All components were randomly scattered throughout the box and most of the painted pieces had chipped paint and significant scratches. Hardware also seems very cheap. I thought I would break the bolts when tightening the nuts. Some of the welding also looked poorly done. The plastic feet covers didn't fit well onto the frame and I had to use additional tools to make them fit and they still dont look like they're on properly.

I own a lot of titan fitness items and I’ve always been happy with their products. Unfortunately the two items I just purchased had very noticeable scratches that seemed to be done carelessly while packing for shipping. I tried to contact customer service through their chatbot on the website and was told I would be contacted but that never happened. Don’t want to pay a twenty percent restocking fee and go thru all of that hassle. Disappointing
