The machine seems great, a tad cheap feeling and not very heavy, but seems it'll be just fine, however, upon trying to put it together, some of the screws will not screw?... Not sure if I got a janky batch or what? I will have to go out and buy new ones, seems like an easier option than trying to return the machine and exchange for another or something. Anyways, wish I could leave an actual review of how it works and all the things, but I can't.

Search the pad is separated into two pads the two top corners in the middle of both the pads dig into my low abdomen. I have to add an extra pad on top of the pad to make it comfortable.

Purchased the item in November. It arrived with a broken piece. I am still waiting for the replacement part. Very disappointed with Titan. I have purchased many pieces of there gym equipment in my home gym without any problem with replacement pieces.

This machine is mostly stable and is satisfactory for daily/weekly use. I weigh 225 lbs and it holds my weight well, though it is just slightly shakey. The metal feels a bit soft, and like it might eventually bend.

I was super excited to get this piece of equipment, just to realize I couldn't really use it. I'm 5'7" and my hips can't reach over the pad. Since I didn't want to spend time taking it apart and money to return it, I purchased foam pads to help extend at the footplate. It works ok. The vinyl pads are also super stiff and hard, which I also had to cover with a foam pad and a towel. Had to do quite a few mods to make it work for me. I also feel like it needed to be more inclined. The footplate was slippery, also. I got it two weeks ago, have used it 4 times, and I've already had to have my husband retighten the screws yesterday. But there's still some slop at the base. Not sure what's going on there. I've purchased from Titan before, love the fast, free shipping, but this piece of equipment was a fail for me. So unless you're 5'9" and taller, likes bruises on your hips, and likes your feet sliding off the foot plate, this machine isn't for you.

Product as discribed. Fast shipping. Only flaw is metal shavings in box. It just gets on the floor when u build it.

The product was packaged well and I received it fast and in good shape - 5 stars. The instructions were good and relatively easy to put together - 5 stars The design of the product is ok. But, there is a lot of flex in the product. It is not a sturdy product and does not feel sturdy in use. The heel stop on the foot rest needs to be taller to keep your feet from slipping off the plate when in use or use thicker box steel to reduce the flex in the beam - 2.5 stars. The finish of the product is nice. Looks like you would get good life out of the finish. There was definitely quite a bit of metal shavings throughout all the box tubes that I had to clear out and there was one small scuff from packaging but it’s not that big of a deal. It’s a piece of work equipment - 4 stars.
