This back machine is solid. It was super easy to put together and is a nice addition to my home gym. My only issue is that because I am short (barely 5’3”) even in the lowest setting I’m not tall enough to bend forward. Initially I put yoga blocks on the foot plate and used a bungee cord to secure them to make me taller. That didn’t work and I fell forward. Currently I am using a foam pad. It works okay but there is no way to secure my heels. Hoping my husband can think of a more permanent solution for me.

Got this machine to help build a bigger squat and deadlift. Using as an accessory exercise has helped in just a short period of time. Holding dumbbells or just body weight, this machine is sturdy.

Great product - I woudl give it 5 stars but we had it arrive with a broken part. Still functional but a bummer it arrived with a broken piece.

At first, this was not my choice. I wanted to purchase the duel hyperextension bench, but since it was out of stock, I decided to order the hyperextension V2. I am a disabled veteran with several back surgeries, I will tell you that having this bench has helped strengthen my back and core. Very well-made and fits very nicely in my home gym!

The main frame fits around the adjustable bar like a sleeve. It fits a little loosely. So if you lift up on the handles, the bar rocks up and down a bit. But when exercising, the bar doesn't move and the whole structure seems very solid and strong. It seems like it will last a good long time. I'm 6' 3'' and 250 lbs.
