... you are tall enough. At the lowest setting my girlfriend is unable to use it, because the pads are in her stomach. I'm 6'2" and I have it positioned on the lower end of the options. But it works in every way that I need it to. But it's difficult for my diminutive partner.

It's awesome for back, glutes and core. I had lower back surgery about a year ago and this piece is helping me slowly regain my strength and focus on areas under developed.
