This item isn’t perfect, but it’s great for the value. I use them in a HS S&C setting and they are easy to move and don’t take up much space. Needs a taller heel plate and needs to be shorter at the shortest setting. Anyone under 5’4” or so might need to elevate their feet and have a partner hold their heels. Other than that, no complaints

for the price the machine does the trick. fairly easy to put together. it would have been nice to include cheap wrenches to put it together as i had to use crescent wrenches since i didn’t have the appropriate size ratchet set. i’m 5’9 200lbs and barely fit in it at the lowest setting. i wish the lip that holds your ankles was a bit larger. all in all a decent piece of equipment.

Pretty solid piece of equipment. If you are a bigger person you’ll need to put some weight on the crossmember to keep it from tipping

Padding could be better, but I am 100% *not* complaining for price paid. Wonderful piece of equipment as always. Thank you.

This is definitely not for a short person. I am 6-1 and have it on one of the lowest settings. Also, not as sturdy as I had hoped as it rocks a bit when performing back extensions. I am 260 pounds and like to use a plate or kettlebell for this exercise, which really causes some rocking of the machine. Also, to use a plate or kettlebell, I had to remove the handles in order to perform the exercise with the additional weight. Overall, I still felt it was a decent value compared to the alternatives on the market and their pricing. I'm sure Titan will fine tune this product and release a better version but this one will get the job done for me in the interim.

Great machine, let’s me do back day and preacher curls if I set it up right. Only draw back is it’s definitely not for short people. I’m 6ft tall and I struggle to keep my feet planted.

Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to use the back hyperextension yet as I’m in the middle of a move. I can say the shipping was super fast and I’m looking forward to using this piece of equipment once I start getting my home gym set up.
