Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to use the back hyperextension yet as I’m in the middle of a move. I can say the shipping was super fast and I’m looking forward to using this piece of equipment once I start getting my home gym set up.

This is a good product! I haven't gotten the height adjusted yet, or figured out for sure where it will go permanently, as I'm trying to organize for workout space, but it's solid and holds me up well at 245lbs. I have no doubt it'll handle me with plates or dumbbells easily.
