First off - I have to disagree with the reviews regarding the height issue. I'm 5'6" (F) and my husband is 5'11" - This is perfect for both of us, I have no issues using it at my height and same for my husband. It was quick to put together, I was able to put it together by myself in about 30 minutes or less. Everything lined up perfectly! I use this piece of equipment for my back and glute days - I can say, I def feel the burn in my glutes. I highly recommend this hyperextension bench!

The good: the bench itself is sturdy, plenty of room on the foot plate to do extensions and also turn sideways for oblique exercises. The pads are pretty nice and there is a space in between so if you are a male you don't have to squish your stuff like you do on the benches with one solid pad all the way across. It doesn't move when I do exercises and it feels very sturdy. It's been a great addition to the home gym. The bad: the bench arrived with numerous scuffs on the metal. I was very annoyed but after it putting it together the scratches are less noticeable than I thought so I'll live with it. The inside of the metal support bars were also full of rust. Doesn't affect the functionality of it and the bench will be kept indoors but worth noting nonetheless. Gave it 4 stars with the deduction coming from the condition I received it in but the bench itself is great and I would recommend it for someone looking for this type of bench.

The machine is very well built and it was easy to put together. It is also light enough to pick up and move around without any issue. A couple of pieces were scratched when I unwrapped them, which was unexpected, but it's not a big deal. I agree with other reviews that the machine is made for TALL people. I use the same type of machine at the gym without any issues, but with this machine I had to push the pad all the way down and leave the knob off since I was unable to use any pin setting. It barely worked for my height at 5'7", but then one foot slipped off the back as I was using it. To avoid this happening again, I used a thick band to secure my feet. I am not a short woman so this machine is really not meant for most women or shorter men. Titan really needs to improve this machine so that most people can use it.

Only took about 20 minutes to put together. Seems sturdy from the couple weeks we’ve been using it. The only area I have concern with is the torso pads. I’m not sure if they’re going to have the longevity as the rest of it. I’m 6’0” and my wife is 5’4” and we both use it no problems. Happy with our purchase.

Very Sturdy, only issue is that is too long for anyone under 5'9. I had to make a panel of wood for my wife to be able to use it. Still a great buy.

Great piece of equipment. It's sturdy and aesthetic! Side note, might be difficult if you're under like 5'5 to get full extension because it won't go much lower. But it would fit pretty much any height, works perfect for me and I'm 5'9 my buddy is 6'4 and works great for him too since it's adjustable.

I would've given it 5 stars if it was a little more short people friendly. I'm 5'6" but its still an awesome piece of equipment. The quality is there and for what you pay, cant go wrong. I'd buy again, if I need another.

Hypers are a great exercise to use for strengthening the lower back, glutes, and even your hamstrings, and this machine delivers what is necessary for the objectives. The frame, footplate, and padding are heavy duty and they will seem to last an incredibly long time. Packaging was perfect and assembly was simple. For what it’s worth, I am barely 5’8” and have no issues using this on the lowest setting. This machine doesn’t take up a lot of space, yet delivers big in terms of results. Would definitely recommend!
