Build a stronger core, glutes, and lower back with the Roman Chair Back Extension V2—a must-have for any serious home gym setup. Designed for comfort and control, this bench helps you target key muscle groups with confidence.
The y-frame base keeps the bench stable during reps, while the soft vinyl padding, handlebars, and diamond-textured footplate give you the support you need to stay locked in and focused on form.
With a 250 LB weight rating and an adjustable torso height of 34" to 43", it fits a wide range of users. Sit back for core work or flip over for targeted back extensions—this bench gives you the flexibility to train the way you want.

Good product at a good price. I wish the foot area was a little bigger - my feet slip a little bit

It's awesome for back, glutes and core. I had lower back surgery about a year ago and this piece is helping me slowly regain my strength and focus on areas under developed.

I'd been looking for a hyper bench for some time, but balked at the $500+ price tags I'd seen on items from Rogue and others. The Titan Hyper bench is a solid piece, very stable, and gets the job done at a much better price point.
