Read Titan Fitness Reviews

This vertical leg press machine allows you to rest on your back and lift the load directly above your hips to isolate your lower body. That means you can work your quads, calves, glutes, and hamstrings from your home gym without putting stress on your back and shoulders. With an adjustable starting height, this machine is ideal for athletes of all sizes with a choice between four starting points – and features three weight plate horns that fit 45 LB Olympic weight plates. Plus, a diamond-plated footplate provides non-slip performance while you work out. Crafted with durable steel and thick padding, this machine is built for long-lasting comfort.
NOTE: Extra lubrication may be needed on the plate horns for a smooth slide.

I was really concerned I would be too tall for the machine. I am 6'3 and I CAN fully extend my legs. It is a little wobbly so I am working on finding the sweet spot. It really does depend on leg placement and it seems you need to have them set perfectly to get it smooth. I also have a band running from one handle, crossing over the top and down to the other handle. Just for a little different feel. It is not going to give you the same workout as a standard leg press but it works.

This is a great addition to my home gym, I have a power rack for squats but I missed the incline leg press at the gym for finishing burns of the quads. I was leery at first because of the price, all other leg press machine run into the thousands, but I took a chance, wow this press machine really works the legs, at less weight, my quads are burning after using it. Great machine at a great price and if you have back issues, then this takes the strain off of it. I have bought other titan products and so far all have proven to be outstanding.

After I stopped lying to myself in trying to believe I had enough room for a hack squat press, I jumped on this economic footprint . The mismatched instructions to parts lead to a longer assembly time but once together it proved to be a solid piece .

Love it! I needed something small enough to put in my second bedroom that I turned into a gym and this fits perfect. For the price you can't beat it! Not to mention it works great! No strain on my shoulders, lower back or Knees! After 5 knee surgeries on my left knee squats are out of the question working out by myself with no spotter! This machine is my spotter! It holds up to 400lbs. If you can do more than 10 sets of 10 reps with more than 400lbs you should be in pro bodybuilding competitions! Your legs would be huge! I'm 5' 10 and 194lbs with a 30 inch waist and have a 240lb max bench press. I also work out 5 days a week. Just as an example of who this machine would be good for! Personally I Iove it! Good luck in your journey to be fit! Craig- Illinois

I wasn't too sure about this leg press. In all of my years of working out, I haven't seen a verticle leg press. I didn't even find much in the way of reviews of competing products. This works suprisingly well. No strain on your lower back. Quads are on fire when I'm using it. Good compliment to my barbell work. I load it up with 400lbs and it's pretty solid. Since it's verticle you need less weight than a 45 degree sled. Doesn't take up too much space either. I would not hesitate to buy if you want a leg press. You can't beat it for the money.
