Read Titan Fitness Reviews

This vertical leg press machine allows you to rest on your back and lift the load directly above your hips to isolate your lower body. That means you can work your quads, calves, glutes, and hamstrings from your home gym without putting stress on your back and shoulders. With an adjustable starting height, this machine is ideal for athletes of all sizes with a choice between four starting points – and features three weight plate horns that fit 45 LB Olympic weight plates. Plus, a diamond-plated footplate provides non-slip performance while you work out. Crafted with durable steel and thick padding, this machine is built for long-lasting comfort.
NOTE: Extra lubrication may be needed on the plate horns for a smooth slide.

I dig it. It's comfortable and can handle a lot of weight.

The premise is great and the space saving is nice. But where I find it lacking is range of motion. I’m 5’6” with a 30” inseam and no matter where I position myself I can’t get a full range. If the backrest could raise up higher or the footplate had like an optional extension I’d give it 5 stars but I don’t get a full burn since my knees barely come close to my chest. Maybe if you’re 6’ then you’d get better depth.

I was unsure if I would like this, We love it for our home gym. I will do one leg press and the press moves very easy. Great also for calfs.

Very easy to put together, and really works out the glutes, quads, and calves!

Solid, easy to assemble, small footprint. Build me some quads, cause squats suck.

Great and super affordable home Gym addition. Our only recommendation would be to make this with an adjustable head rest , it can be uncomfortable to use for our daughter who is about 5’ 4” because the head test is so far above her head.

I've been using the leg press mainly as a warm up or after dead lifts or squats to help complete my workouts for about a month now and these are my thoughts so far. Im 5'7, so an adjustable head piece would be nice for comfort for shorter individuals. I've made due with a water proof wrap and firm padding. I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker but something to consider. Handles at your sides, towards your hips like a horizontal leg press, would be more comfortable in my opinion, as I find myself not using the ones on the press. On the outer plate pegs/ holders, the hardware might scratch up the plates or the other way around, so I added some rubber gaskets from Amazon to protect the machine and weight plates. It would be nice if something were included from the factory. Overall, the leg press provides adequate depth for my needs in terms of either warming up or finishing out a session. The foot board is wide enough for most to allow for different positioning and comfort. The press helps deliver a nice muscle pump and doing calf raises provides a nice bonus. The machine is nicely built, the padding sufficient, and experience is enjoyable. I would recommend this machine for a home gym.
