This item is better than I expected! Durable and heavy. Knurling isn't a problem for me. I love it. The multigrip is awesome. The many grips has me hooked. My ceiling has a metal plate so I could not hang it ⁰in the ceiling. So I did it from wall to wall and drilled holes in the arms that hangs and holds. It's perfect. I recommend you purchase this. You will not be disappointed.

This product is AMAZING! I love the construction and design. The only issue I had with my order are the concrete anchor bolts packaged with it. Most ceilings are wood construction! I had to find & purchase lag bolts & washers before I could install. BUT once I got it up, I’ve loved using it all the time!!!!! Works well in my home gym.

I really love this chin up bar with the exception that it needs some way to extend the uprights that connect to the ceiling joists. I’m 6’2” and need a ladder to use my bar. I have 10’ high ceilings in my garage. Do y'all have any suggestions or fixes??

I love it! However, I only received 8 bolts- total. 4 for concrete- 4 for wood- I'm ceiling mounting into wooden studs- If the other 4 are for concrete- Where are the 4 lag bolts to assemble T-mount arms to the chin up bar? What am I missing?

Love the rack and the price. First time ordering from Titan, and was a little concerned when it took over 4 days to ship and a slight pause in CS response, but they ended up providing timely responses and so I was satisfied with this purchasing experience. I recommend. I did ask CS about if the rack could be mount in reverse with rack up but they said it should only be mounted as shown in the product image. If that was the case I wouldn't have purchased this item as the hand position/angle would not be possible. So, with the comment of another customer who said they reverse mounted (and some common sense), I decided to purchase and was able to setup it up the way I wanted. Titan should revisit this.

This is a great ceiling mount pull-up bar for the price. My hands are in fact dainty, so have been using gloves, but I don't have a problem with that. Another user had good commentary on how to hang, which was very helpful, as the instructions literally don't tell you how to use the bolts provided. Here's what I did and it may be useful. I bought a 2x10x6' doug fir from home depot and attached it to my ceiling garage across four studs with 8 lag screws (3/8" at 4" long - hex head). Quite aggressive in the amount, but this board isn't coming down. Just need to make sure you have a long enough predrill bit to go through the wood, drywall (if applicable) and then into the stud. My bit wasn't as long, so I hand cranked it with a socket wrench. Then, I attached the pull-up bar itself using 4 lag screws (1/2" at 2" - hex head). The pull out on these things are really heavy, so I don't foresee this thing coming down. If you are attaching into concrete, I believe the anchor bolts it came with would work, but again, the instructions don't tell you the intent of the hardware included. Side note, I think you could probably lag the actual pull-up bar to the studs directly and forego the doug fir piece I mentioned, however, you'd have to make sure the studs line up at 48". I liked the doug fir option as I feel like it disperses the weight better across for studs instead of two. I also hung the bar upside down as I preferred a higher height as I'm 6'5".
