Two adjustable safety catches act as spotters so you can push your limits without sacrificing safety while two J-hook plates with 8 drop positions provide the perfect setup for each movement. With a weight capacity of 600 LB, this machine comes with a fixed Olympic barbell with 12.5" of loadable weight - plus 8" posts for weight storage. This model includes a pull-up bar for a variety of exercises and 4.25" band pegs to add resistance for more of a challenge.

“Overall very satisfied with this smith machine. It took a few min to get it totally level and not wobbly but is all good now. Only cons are the bar doesn't go low enough to do things like deadlift and hipthrust. Works great for squats and bench though”

“This is a great Smith Machine. The action is smooth. My bar weighs exactly 45lbs. Easy to calibrate with free weights. The storage pegs make it easy to grab a plate to add on. I had to move this piece of equipment a few times. Take the plates off, two us moved this piece until I found the right spot. The only thing I wish it had is springs at the bottom. Other Smith Machines had them to help you bounce the heavier weights, making your bench strength really jump.”

“Smith Machine shipped incredibly fast - arrived Fedex Freight in a palletized wooden crate - unless you have a two-car garage this isn't going through a one-car garage door - no worries, broke the crate down in minutes in the driveway. assembled with two people in less than an hour. No printed assembly instructions included - available online for download - assembly instructions leave something to be desired - but there are just 5 major parts to worry about, easy to figure out...very smooth bar motion on linear ball bearings, rack is heavy and wide - very good- allows for wide stance even with taller folks, plate storage very nice- metal not plastic - accomodates olympic plates - counterweights already in place easy to attach, measured this with a scale - 0.0 pounds at the bar with counterweights attached. This machine is a very sturdy, heavy device very nice. Wide foot pads make this easier to move on a rubberized floor, but no shifting around when in use. Very pleased with purchase, this is the final piece of equipment for this home gym - well worth the money. Giving this 5 stars because the equipment is very good, assembly instructions notwithstanding. I strongly recommend.”
