The Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine is constructed for home and garage gym athletes that may need a safety catch while lifting alone. Built out as a fully functional upper body multi-press that allows the user to feel the same range of motion as free weights. Each arm is independent of the other, allowing for various weight levels on each arm or stack the weights for a balanced development of your upper body. The specialty machine includes an adjustable FID bench with several incline and decline positions. Lay the bench flat to develop pectoral or chest muscles. Adjust the seat at an incline to put less strain on your rotator cuff and activate your deltoids. Or position the bench at a decline and rep through an abdominal routine.

This machine is absolutely fantastic. Its like having a smith machine for the dumbbell press. I struggle with the bench press and pec development because of a separated AC joint in my left shoulder. With this machine I can isolate each side and get a strong pec contraction. The build is very high quality and perfect for all pressing accessory work. It is easy to assemble in about an hour with basic hand tools but a ratcheting wrench and impact driver is the way to go. It comes in two boxes to stay under the 150# limit for UPS/FedEX. Works great for decline/flat/incline pressing but really shines for the neutral grip incline.

There is plenty that can be done with this piece of equipment. The arms do move left and right a little but but not too bad while lifting (which is great for stabilizers and practicing weight control) and the seat will rock some in transition of getting on and off it. I even sat upright with chest facing the top of the bench to hit shoulders on it. I enjoy this piece. Im excited to see all it offers over the next few years. @ellisjoshuam-instagram

This was originally out of stock so I ordered the Valor model. Hated it, sold it 48 hours after I put it together and backordered this. This machine just came in. Took me an hour or so to put together and used it during my chest workout today. I workout 7 days a week and have a full gym in my home. I have high expectations and are generally hard to please. This by far is the best value I have found in any type of plate loaded chest machine. I would say just as good as the commercial gym equipment and easy to use. Much more functional than a commercial incline or flat bench only. it is much more adjustable with the ability to not only change arm heights, but slide and adjust the bench in diff directions. I would def recommend.

I was very excited to order this. Materials are sturdy and it went together easily other than no mention of bottom support arms in my set of instructions. However, the handles/grips are at a horrible downward angle. This puts your wrists in a very awkward position which is particularly painful once the weight gets heavy. It’s very disappointing as otherwise this would be 5 star.

Very happy with my chest press machine! High quality for a value you can't find anywhere else. Very sturdy and you can assemble this in 2 hours or less. This function well in all three position- flat, incline, and decline. The contraction is what I worried about and it passes expectations. Great isolation for the chest. You can also use this for a shoulder press, and shrugs. Versatile.

I have been looking for a nice universal plate loaded chest press machine and I came across this one by Titan Fitness. I really like how its made out of tube steel and that it is very high quality made. I have the leg extension/leg curl machine and the seated bicep curl machine as well, and by the way they were both made and the quality, is what I based my decision off of buying this piece of equipment. Only downfall with everything was the hardware packaging was very confusing and was not marked all the best with numbering the bolts. I had to take everything out and put into seperate bags with the numbers on the bags to make it easier to find the correct nuts and bolts. ANd it could of been easier to have already had the instructions in the box when shipped. Luckily I was able to print off the manual at my work on the computer. Overall its a 5 out of 5 starts for me. The quality of the equipment is very well made and I would recommend this piece of equipment to anyone and this brand, Titan Fitness. Love my Titan Fitness Equipment. Also, Its very nice to have free shipping and fast delivery as well. I can not wait till they get the seat loaded dip machine back in stock. That will help complete my home garage gym! Thanks Titan Fitness for making such good quality affordable equipment!!
