The Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine is constructed for home and garage gym athletes that may need a safety catch while lifting alone. Built out as a fully functional upper body multi-press that allows the user to feel the same range of motion as free weights. Each arm is independent of the other, allowing for various weight levels on each arm or stack the weights for a balanced development of your upper body. The specialty machine includes an adjustable FID bench with several incline and decline positions. Lay the bench flat to develop pectoral or chest muscles. Adjust the seat at an incline to put less strain on your rotator cuff and activate your deltoids. Or position the bench at a decline and rep through an abdominal routine.

“I love the plate loaded chest machine!! After my second shoulder injury, I was convinced I'd never be able to bench more than the bar without pain. I purchased the Titan Lever Arms, which help, but theres a dead zone where there is zero resistance until the arm reaches 30 degrees or so. Enter the plate loaded chest machine. As soon as I had finished assembly, without any weight on the plate holder, I gave it a try. HOLY S, is this fantastic!! Full range of motion, without any pain!! Thought maybe because there was zero weight, so I add a 45. Still no pain. Add another 45, still no pain! Seriously, if you have any should pain, I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to train my chest again”

“I love the versatility of this machine. You are able to do lockout training, deep stretching training and everything between. I like the multiple settings on the back and how you can set the stops to accommodate exercises for different parts of the chest.”

“Poor quality and design. The worst part is I’m stuck with the equipment now, as the Titan Fitness return policy is RIDICULOUS. So much for trusting a company to back their products. Just wish I read the return policy before I made my purchase. Do not recommend anyone purchase this equipment.”
