Plate-Loaded Chest Press Machine Reviews

The Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine is constructed for home and garage gym athletes that may need a safety catch while lifting alone. Built out as a fully functional upper body multi-press that allows the user to feel the same range of motion as free weights. Each arm is independent of the other, allowing for various weight levels on each arm or stack the weights for a balanced development of your upper body. The specialty machine includes an adjustable FID bench with several incline and decline positions. Lay the bench flat to develop pectoral or chest muscles. Adjust the seat at an incline to put less strain on your rotator cuff and activate your deltoids. Or position the bench at a decline and rep through an abdominal routine.

I really like the plate loaded chest press machine. The machine once you learn where you want it set up hits the muscle and the movement perfectly so you get an impressive workout every time. Yes I still do barbell bench press too for all three exercises, but I get a better targeted workout with the machine I think?

Great addition to my gym! Love presses on this machine. The motion helps you target your pecs.

Of the 9-specialty machines I have purchased from Titan Fitness, the Plate Loaded Chest Press is my favorite. No matter your height, width, or muscle region you are targeting, this machine allows you to set the height of the handle grips on the bump stops while you can adjust the angle of the bench and set the appropriate depth. These have been the best cheat workouts I have had in a while since incorporating this machine.

I like it and can also do shoulder press off of it. Only thing that is a slight negative is it is a wide grip and wish that the width of the grips could be adjusted, but not a deal breaker. Took about 3 hours to assemble. I recommend 2 socket wrenches over the included tools.
