Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine Reviews

The Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine is constructed for home and garage gym athletes that may need a safety catch while lifting alone. Built out as a fully functional upper body multi-press that allows the user to feel the same range of motion as free weights. Each arm is independent of the other, allowing for various weight levels on each arm or stack the weights for a balanced development of your upper body. The specialty machine includes an adjustable FID bench with several incline and decline positions. Lay the bench flat to develop pectoral or chest muscles. Adjust the seat at an incline to put less strain on your rotator cuff and activate your deltoids. Or position the bench at a decline and rep through an abdominal routine.

I docked one star only because it should be noted that while it is great for a home gym setting, it isn’t as hefty as a commercial grade product. The bench is pretty light and shifts a bit side to side when getting into position. This is fine for me (a 5’2” female at 140#). It seemed to work well with my personal training clients and one is 6ft. However, I would be concerned whether a bigger/heavier person would like it.

Overall its a good safety piece of equipment, great for those that want to do bench presses but have no spotter available. Only problem I had was with the instructions, there were two pieces to the equipment that had no instructions on what to do with it. I had to study the pictures and sketches to figure out where it belongs than I had to figure out how to installed it. Through trail and error finally got it done.

Titan's plate-loaded chest press machine provides a full range of motion whether you are doing flat, inclines, or decline presses. The construction is sturdy and the arms have a smooth motion. I do wish Titan, offered longer grip handles. My son works with me and the grips are too wide for him . I also would like sometimes to use a closer grip. So maybe this can be an option soon. It is a great machine and price. It's well worth the investment.

I really like the plate loaded chest press machine. The machine once you learn where you want it set up hits the muscle and the movement perfectly so you get an impressive workout every time. Yes I still do barbell bench press too for all three exercises, but I get a better targeted workout with the machine I think?
