The Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine is constructed for home and garage gym athletes that may need a safety catch while lifting alone. Built out as a fully functional upper body multi-press that allows the user to feel the same range of motion as free weights. Each arm is independent of the other, allowing for various weight levels on each arm or stack the weights for a balanced development of your upper body. The specialty machine includes an adjustable FID bench with several incline and decline positions. Lay the bench flat to develop pectoral or chest muscles. Adjust the seat at an incline to put less strain on your rotator cuff and activate your deltoids. Or position the bench at a decline and rep through an abdominal routine.

“No trouble assembling. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. I used two socket wrenches and would recommend others do the same. One socket on the bolt head, one on the nut, simple. I love the controlled stretch I am able to achieve with this machine. This is exactly what I needed to load the pecs while taking some stress off shoulder stabilizers and biceps tendon. Plus I was able to purchase this during Black Friday deals. The machine is worth the standard price, but man, I feel like a got a great deal. Thanks!”

“The machine arrived with a missing piece. I have had the machine for a little over (3) weeks and have NOT been able to use it. After talking with a Titan rep a few weeks ago, they sent me the exact same part, missing the same piece of hardware for this machine to function. I am very disappointed with the customer service at Titan and the lack of concern for delivering quality products.”

“Easy to build, fast shipping, good value. My only gripe is that the angles of the two press arms are not equal. The left side move more inward across your chest as you press, while the right side moves more upward like a regular bench press. I’ve tried adjusting all of the hardware to even it out, but the angles are actually different in the welds”
