The Plate Loaded Chest Press Machine is constructed for home and garage gym athletes that may need a safety catch while lifting alone. Built out as a fully functional upper body multi-press that allows the user to feel the same range of motion as free weights. Each arm is independent of the other, allowing for various weight levels on each arm or stack the weights for a balanced development of your upper body. The specialty machine includes an adjustable FID bench with several incline and decline positions. Lay the bench flat to develop pectoral or chest muscles. Adjust the seat at an incline to put less strain on your rotator cuff and activate your deltoids. Or position the bench at a decline and rep through an abdominal routine.

Well built piece of equipment. I was having alot of shoulder pain benching with a regular bar and someone suggested this bench. I love it so far and like the fact you can work multiple muscle groups with it. I would recommend this piece of equipment

The machine is very smooth and easily adjusts for hand position and any degree of incline for hitting the muscle from different angles. Simple directions and took about 45 minutes to assemble. With the folding feature the footprint is about 6' by 4'. Highly recommend this for the home gym.

I like this machine a lot. The assembly was reasonably easy. I initially put the foot plate on upside down, but that was my error. Pros: Very smooth operation. Many F-I-D angles. Neutral and standard grip options. Can be used unilaterally. Versatile, I performed shrugs and seated one arm presses as well as chest presses. No spotter needed. Very effective. The shrugs were amazing and unexpected. A great value. Cons: Not many. The bench moves slightly. The neutral grips could be a bit longer to give a narrower grip option for people with bad shoulders. The bottom end of the bench could be a little bit longer. These are minor things. The unit is excellent. I have a blown out right rotator cuff and I have a very hard time with regular push movements these days. I tested out this unit with 20 sets of chest presses, 3 sets of shrugs, and four sets of seated one arm presses(like a Viking press). I got a great pump and a deep burn. The unit performed better than I expected. Paired with the plate loaded dip unit, I can again hit my push movements hard and comfortably.
