This machine is a great addition to your home gym. After I fatigue my biceps with heavy barbell curls I put a lighter load on the curl machine and finish them off. This machine keeps constant tension on the muscle all the way through the motion and I can feel the burn in the peak of my biceps. I also love the Tricep movement. The machine is very easy to switch between movements and is very stable. Well worth the investment.

The machine is awesome for biceps. I love it for that. The triceps feature is worthless. Not enough range of motion and not practical for triceps. I give it an “A” for biceps and “F” for triceps. I am updating the above review: I figured out how to hold the bar differently for triceps and it actually works really well. Its not perfect but much better. I still love this machine for biceps and give it an "A" Holding the bar differently for triceps actually works really well and I now give it a B+ for triceps. It would be nice to have a feature added to hold the legs down though. I wanted to update this as I really do like this machine and felt bad initially rating it so poorly for the tricep feature.

Easy to assemble, this machine is a 10 for biceps and an 8 for triceps. Great pump, machine feels great thru the entire range of the lift.

Great product easy to assemble. I also bought the assisted chin machine , also great, but I missed the 20% discount by a week, it sure would be nice to get that discount. Thank you. Good products!

Good machine, and good quality. Great range of motion and adjustability for training Triceps, however with Biceps, the range of motion is a bit short due to the bump stop. I've read similar reviews with the same issue, but overall machine is excellent and works for me. I would have given 5 stars if didn't have the range of motion issue.

I have other Titan Fitness gear in my home gym and they are good-quality items. Sadly, this specific machine misses the mark due to poor range of motion. This is especially true for the tricep component of the machine. I believe this can be improved upon and I am willing to work with Titan Engineering to create a solution. I have uploaded a video that I sent to Titan Technical Support and illustrates the issue. Before buying this, you will want to understand the limitation.

Bought this because I'm not a big fan of free weights with these exercises. I like this machine because it is sturdy, minimal footprint and condenses 2 significantly good exercises into one. The padding is solid and the grip handle rotates nicely in your grip. The plate holder can accommodate more weight than I could ever curl or press at this point in my life and overall, it was a cinch to put together. I don't like this machine because I wish the curl pad would adjust upward or downward. I feel like I have to lean down way too much. This pad is fixed and can't be adjusted. The seat can and maybe that's the solution but both should be adjustable. The biggest reason for the -one star is the actual action. When you do a curl, it feels the max curl you can get is perhaps 90 or 100 degrees. The machine limits you past that, thus it doesn't feel like a complete curl to me although I suppose someone could debate me about how curls past this point may not be helpful for bicep training. Also, adjusting the curl portion of the bar and the plate holder portion of the bar can be a bit awkward, although I will admit, the pin slides easily and clicks into position without any effort. But it still seems that adjusting this is still awkward. Overall, this is a decent machine and has excellent quality. I just feel there are these things that keep it from being a 5 star rating overall.
