“for the most part its a great machine , but needs to have a greater range of motion on bicep curls. still cant figure out how the tricep curl works, seems to me you have to disassemble it every time to change from bicep to tricep. better instructions would come in handy”

Hi Richard - Here is some information from the listing on our site. With the machine’s adjustable design: you can perform bicep curls at the lower pin setting, and then effortlessly switch to the higher pins once you are ready for triceps extensions. Hope this helps!

“Works great on biceps and performs exactly as should be expected. The tricep exercise has a sort of awkward break over on the last 1/4 of the movement. You can still get a decent workout with it but lose a little bit from your range of motion. Construction is solid and assembly was simple enough.”

“I have long arms so I couldn’t get the full range of motion until the stop was removed. I do love the incline on the pad because a friend of mine has one from a competitor (which costs twice as much) and his is on like a 35 degree angle which feels really awkward.”
