Load up to 220 LB of Olympic plates on the 9.75" weight sleeves - then dial in your range of motion fast with the easy sundial-style pin-locking system. Set it low for curls, then switch it higher for extensions.
This machine has an adjustable premium vinyl padded seat and a rubber grip for comfort and control through every rep. With an all-steel frame and powder coat finish, it is built for years of hard workouts - and bolts together quickly for easy assembly.

“I have long arms so I couldn’t get the full range of motion until the stop was removed. I do love the incline on the pad because a friend of mine has one from a competitor (which costs twice as much) and his is on like a 35 degree angle which feels really awkward.”

“Good machine, well built. Not perfect. I took the pin out on main part of frame. I can’t figure out why it is even needed, it actually works better without it switching from bicep curl to tricep. Range of motion could be better. No regrets, it gets the job done.”

“Over engineered tank of a machine! Great ROM and smooth movement! Took awhile to put together by myself with some creative contortionist to hold pieces together while also trying to fasten them. The two included die cut wrenches are a complete joke! Use a socket set and an adjustable wrench. By far one of my favorite pieces in my GarageFit gym. Buuuut the shipping is never perfect. The packaging had parts sticking out and scratched up but I touched them up with a black sharpie.”

“It's well made. But for me I wish the seat could go up one more position (yes I'm short) and also wish the arm rest pad had just a little bit more cushioning for the chest area. Other than that I like it.”

“This is well made - my issue is that the camber angle is such so that there is significantly more resistance at the top of the stroke. I understand some of that is good since we are stronger in that position, however of the hundreds of machines I have used over the years, this is a bit over the top. Still a decent piece...”
