This combo bicep and tricep machine isolates your upper arms and includes a V-bar handle for curls plus handlebars for preacher curls, tricep extensions, pushdowns, and more.
Load up to 220 LB of Olympic plates on the 9.75" weight sleeves - then dial in your range of motion fast with the easy sundial-style pin-locking system. Set it low for curls, then switch it higher for extensions.
This machine has an adjustable premium vinyl padded seat and a rubber grip for comfort and control through every rep. With an all-steel frame and powder coat finish, it is built for years of hard workouts - and bolts together quickly for easy assembly.

“Excellent biceps curl unit. I use it with one arm or both and it works great. I get awesome pumps every time! The padding is very comfortable also. I don’t use the triceps function, but the biceps curl unit rates 5 stars all by itself.”

“Works well for biceps, not so well for triceps. Moves around too much unless bolted to the floor. Also, went on sale for $60 off right after I paid for it and company didn’t respond to my e mails or calls regarding a refund or credit for the sale price difference. Kinda thought that was not very business like or customer friendly.”

“This bicep/tricep machine is great! The quality feels like a commercial gym piece if not better since im sure you wont ruin the pad! Great bicep contraction. The tricep can feel a little weird just gotta take the weight off change the pin and add it back on. If you’re tall the dont sit on the bench stand right behind it and lean on your knees. I actually like this position better for my tris. 5 star for sure”

“Ive had this machine for a month or so at this point and this machine has been perfect. The action is smooth. The frame is heavy. The selector pin is crisp and secure. The price is on point. Well worth the money. *It did arrive with no manual or packing list, but one quick call to TITAN and I had both documents within minutes to my email.”
