“This machine was very easy to assemble! There was a bit of a learning curve with stringing the cables through but it went quick. The cables are very tough to pull so make sure to use the oil for the tracks that they give you. The only thing I don’t like is the metal around the ball that connects to the handles scrapes against the bracket when you pull the handles down from a taller setting. I’m hoping it doesn’t damage it too much but it’s definitely scraping off the black coating of the bracket. Overall a great machine though and I absolutely love using it!”

Before assembling I lubracated pullyes and weight trolley as advised by others in reviews. Assembling wasn't difficult but it was helpful having a friend helping particularly with threading pulleys.
Plenty of room on plate holders to add weights. Handles supplied work well for many exercises. I bought 2 solid handles and some other items. My favorite is a 8 foot thick rope through a carabiner- very versatile.
I recommend this unit for anyone wanting to hit multiple muscle groups with resistance at varied angles. Great investment.”
“This pulley system has great versatility. I love that I can use each pulley separately, simultaneously, or attached as one for increased load. I would have given it 5 stars but the instructions for assembly are terrible. Do not install the pulley wheels when it tells you to. You need to install them as you run the cables otherwise you’re having to unbolt each wheel as you go, doubling the amount of work that is actually required to assemble the thing.”
“For the price you pay, you get what you paid for. My husband cut himself bad getting it out of the box on metal shards and a couple other issues with the putting together. Once completed, machine works relatively easy, but craftsmanship and product output definitely needed more detail. Reported issues to customer service, and they said they would do better about quality control and sorry to hear about issue.”

“I've been chasing you/Titan to replace the damaged parts you shipped in your substandard packaging.
You've ignored your own directions with which I complied (photos, descriptions and part identification), made me resubmit a second time (asking for the parts I named in the first submission) and I haven't received any UPDATES, only automated requests asking for a rating.
So, here's my rating.
How about you resolve my damaged parts complaint before you send another automated request concerning my customer satisfaction with Titan Fitness?

I made the mistake of ordering a Titan Fitness Tall Wall Mounted Pulley Tower V3 from these customer service cretins. The box arrived torn with parts falling out and/or shifted down into one end of a 7 foot package. Three pulleys holders were damaged by being bent out of shape due to the crappy packaging and rough treatment by FedEx.
I had paid for 'shipping insurance' and following instructions, promptly submitted a claim . No good. They asked me to resubmit, having OBVIOUSLY not reviewed the first submission. Wasn't worth arguing about, so I just resubmitted claime.
THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO and I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!!!
Oh, and they keep sending me 'How do you like your new Titan product?' review requests. Well, since you asked, here you go.
Titan customer service sucks, they are obviously challenged when it comes to hiring professional designers for shipping heavy products (we're talking $10 worth of packaging, tops) and I'm tired of having the mess of parts I can't assemble clogging the limited space of my home gym.”
